We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

As the consumer/browser, you agree to not reproduce, copy, sell or resell any of items/content provided by Contour Outfitters. 

SECTION 2 – Online store terms and conditions 

By agreeing to Contours Terms and Conditions, you as the consumer/browser will not use our products for any illegal/unauthorised purpose. 

SECTION 3 – Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

We will not be held responsible if any information on this website is not complete, not accurate and not current. 

Any reliance on this website material is at your own risk.

SECTION 4 – Modifications to prices and service

We may change our product prices without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service provided by Contour Outfitters. 

SECTION 5 – Products

Certain product’s are limited edition or discontinued, therefore we can not honour any refund or exchange after the promotion has ended. Limited edition items will have their own Terms and Conditions.

We will not honour a refund or return simply because you did not like the product. 

SECTION 6 – Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you have placed with us. 

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased wether that be per person, per household or per order. Including orders placed under the same credit card, account or to the same billing/or delivery address. 

Orders placed by resellers, dealers or distributors are to be placed via email info@contouroutfitters.com.

Information provided to us for billing and shipping must be accurate, therefore it is the responsibility of the browser/consumer to provide accurate information. We will not be responsible for incorrect information.

SECTION 7 – Third party links 

Any third party content or links, will not fall under these Terms and Conditions. 

SECTION 8 – User comments and feedback

We reserve the right to remove any offensive, threatening, unlawful comments made to any of our socials or website.

SECTION 10 – Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using our content, services, products for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our provided service.

SECTION 11 – Warranty

Contour gear is made to the highest standard possible, however some situations cannot be avoided. 

If your gear is damaged upon arrival, please contact our team on info@contouroutfitters.com to discuss. Photographs must be provided as soon as package is opened. 

If there is a fault, not caused from general wear and tear, please contact our team to discuss options. If found to be defective, we will replace or repair your item. Proof of purchase must be provided. 

If your gear is damaged due to incorrect use or general wear and tear, Contour will not cover your item under these circumstances. 

SECTION 12 – Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change/amend the Terms and Conditions at any given time, notice will be made on this website. 

SECTION 13 – Clothing fitting tolerance  

Fabric feel may vary from different colours. Some colours require more dye, colouring, settling time than others, hence different feel between colours. 

Our size charts are a guideline only and may vary slightly.

SECTION 15 - Sale pricing and promotions 

Contour will from occasionally offer discounts and promotions. These offers are strictly subject to stock availability, once sold out, the offer will end. 

Contour reserves the right to discontinue, apply a variation or withdraw any promotion or offer at any given time without notice. 

Each promotion or offer will have its own Terms and Conditions. Please check these prior to committing.
